Life as a military spouse has given her a passion for being of service to others. Malissa grew up as an Air Force ‘Brat’ and married into the Army. Her love of stories of all kinds was instilled in her at a young age through her beloved grandfather, Da’s example and encouragement. Malissa is a graduate of Troy State University with a degree in history. When Kelly isn’t reading, found on social media, or crafting digital graphics, she enjoys spending time with her family, working on puzzles, traveling, and watching baseball. Combining her love of books with art, Kelly specializes in graphic design, helping authors by creating unique graphics tailored to their needs.
Having a creative mind at an early age, she’s had her artwork published in literary magazines, which led her to pursue her education at Dakota State University, majoring in art/art history. After years of reading murder mysteries, she picked up her first romance novel in 2006 and fell in love with the genre.Īlong with books, Kelly’s other great passion is art.
